Sports Travel Management in Iceland
Destinations
We cover the whole of Iceland so please inform us of what area your team are coming to and we will make sure every need is covered.
Transport
In addition to the normal airport transfer we can offer bus transport for all needs and offer high quality buses in all sizes. We always supply drinking water in the bus on arrival and are used to giving special services to Team Bus, VIP Bus, Media Bus etc.
Accommodation
Normally teams will stay in the capital Reykjavik and travel from there to the stadiums (most clubs/stadiums are in Reykjavik).
We also offer separate hotels for VIPs and sponsors in case you don`t want them to stay at the same hotel as the team.
Functional Rooms
Please let us know what you require regarding functional rooms at the hotel:
* Dining Room
* Meeting Room
* Kit Room
* Physio room (we can supply massage beds, towels, sheets, ice)
Food and Beverage
Every hotel we work with are used to handle professional teams and are able to cater after your requests. Please inform us about your menus, diets and allergies.
Football pitches
Do you need a football pitch on MD-2 or MD+1?
Or at any other date? We have a great network of pitches, stadiums and can organise extra training sessions where ever you stay.
Site inspections
We are happy to arrange site inspections so please take contact with your needs and we will plan visits at hotels, restaurants, stadiums etc.
